3D model description

Designed for anyone that plans to re-base their Halo Flashpoint minis when they arrive this Autumn. These bases are based around the hexagonal terrain seen in Halo Infinite.

The best part of this set is the ability to quickly designate teams thanks to the Quick 'n' Easy Team Swap Adapter and bases. Each adapter has a corresponding Zeta Themed base and a blank base for those who wish to be more creative than I. With the addition of 2 magnets (5mmx3mm) (5mmx2mm) the bases should be able to spin smoothly and not scratch any paintwork.

In a nutshell this means that no matter how you paint your minis, what colours you use or how you base them, you can place them in the pre-painted adapters, play your game, then mix up teams once again without any confusion on the field.

Bases are 32mm/40mm across with the clearance being 0.5mm all around when inserted into the adapter.

Update 27th October 2024

Added free extras of simple CTF and Oddball objective pickups plus a little base to place them on the map. These are designed to fit into the slot on the Objective Adapters that are in the original file. These are available ed and uned. A cocktail stick will be perfect to link the pieces together. If you have already sprayed the adapters a little sanding may be needed to clear the paint inside the objective slot.

Added 25mm versions of the bases as requested.

I have also thrown in some 25mm blank bases and adapters for those who want to use a smaller scale for their models.

I'm also building some Zeta themed terrain pieces to go with the bases, these are still in development and taking a while to make due to the hexagons needing to fit together well and keep to the 3 inch cube layout. Will be test printing soon.

3D printing settings

Designed to be printed in resin flat to the build plate.
Not tested on an FDM printer.
I recommend a little sanding to remove layer lines and any defects that occur during printing.
Be aware that paint can alter the size of the holes on the adapters so be prepared to sand these a little to fit or glue magnets in first etc.
