GEMform 3d printers is a new project in the world of 3d printing, held by the small company Concept-Craft founded 2014 in Kraków, Poland. The project is a natural continuation of abandoned, very good quality 3d printer, started by non-existing company Pirx3D.

After the very hard and ardous works wielded by more than a year, the prototype has been finished and now is debuting on the market under the trademark Gemform-01.

The Gemform-01 3d printer is a complete project. The machine, which works in FDM technology, has all of the features which are demanded from all high quality, desktop 3d printers. The Gemform-01 works on the open-source software but it can also autonomically print from the SD card. All parameters of the print are displayed on the LCD and thanks to the extensive menu can be modified even during printing. The great quality of the 3d prints is realized by the wide palette of the technical features implemented in the device.

Horizontal positioning precision, which is lower than 0,1mm, is achieved thanks to the high-end stepper motors and advanced steering electronics combined with the rigid steel frame and durable steel case. The great work is done by the specially constructed extruder, which allows the usage of the most FDM filaments, and can print with the layer size of 50 microns. The effects of the works done by the Gemform-01 3d printer are always marvelous, especially when working on the dedicated 3dInk materials. The machine can print over 70 degrees tilted from the vertical walls without using a ing material.

Additionally, the printer's closed print chamber and heated bed allow the to print from all kinds of FDM materials, even those which need the heated printbed and stable temperature in the print chamber. Two highly efficient fans are the best way to precisely set the cooling amount for the printed layers so the print will come out with superb quality. The usage comfort is raised by the LED light installed in the print chamber. The light has useful and warm color. Without color fireworks the printer can be useful in all light conditions.
