can i ask a question about the moon, i have tried slicing with lithophane settings and .2 standard setting but the print seems to print very rough, can i please ask if you could give me your settings for the moon in cura, thank you

This is so cool. Going to build one soon. Would love to see your take on a winter holiday house. Like a gingerbread house or a "Santa's village" style winter house. Will keep an eye out for your future stuff πŸ™‚

Can you share what type of lights you used for this? I've got everything printed, just struggling to find lights that fit it.

Hi,
I used for the interior of the house cheap batteries wire Christmas lights,

For the moon the model has been designed to incorporate a usb small light bulb like Toolmoon. Google the name and you will see what I mean.
If you want the model can incorporate 2 toolmoon light bulbs, one with the vertical connection and one with 90Β° Connection.
The wires can be directed out of the model via the cut out at the back next to the steps of the back door.
I hope this helps, let me know. I both 8 more of those toolmoon lights, I love them. Are you based in the uk or somewhere else?

I ended up just using LED tea lights so I can move it wherever I want. Since the base isn't glued down and the moon screws off it made it pretty easy. I posted my make, I hope you like it. I used marble filament for the trim and stairs. Thank you for the info on the lights, I'm going to print another with purple in place of the red. I will get the lights you recommended for that one. I'm in the USA in Las Vegas.

Thank you for the update. I saw your pictures and made a comment... it looks amazing! It is the best reward for me to see what people do with my models :). I would suggest you buying some of those Toolmoon lights, my next model will also use them so you can get ready for it for when it comes out.
