Haunted House Model - Overview and Printing Guide

Model Features:
- Includes: A beautifully designed haunted house with a choice of two moons:
- 3D Lithophane Moon (114mm diameter)
- 2D Lithophane Moon (114mm diameter)

• Design: No s needed for printing; the model is designed to incorporate lights and serve as a spooky lamp.

Printing Specifications:

• Filament Choices:

  • Polyterra PLA
  • PolyLite PETG (recommended for windows; transparent PLA is also suitable).

• Layer Height: Standard layer height can be used; no specific recommendation noted.

Slicing and File Management:
- All STL files are included in a zipped folder, organized for easy navigation.

Build Plate Requirements:
- Minimum Size: 205mm x 191mm x 128mm.
- If your build plate is smaller, scale the model down by 5% to 7%.

Estimated Model Size (Fully Assembled with Moon):
- Dimensions: 204mm (8.0in) x 281.5mm (11.1in) x 304.2mm (12.0in).

Lighting Options:
- Interior Lighting: Recommended to use cheap battery-powered wire Christmas lights.
- Moon Lighting: Designed for a USB small light bulb like Toolmoon. The model can accommodate:
- One bulb with a vertical connection
- One bulb with a 90° connection
- Wires can be routed out of the model through a cut-out at the back next to the back door steps.

Assembly Instructions:
- Full step-by-step instructions are provided in the zipped file. Minimal glue is needed for assembly.

Haunted House Model - Printing and Purchase Information

Printing Specifications:

• Layer Height: All parts, including the moon, should be printed at 0.2mm.
• Moon Printing Tip: It's recommended to print the moon with a rim to ensure good bed adhesion.

Filament Choices:
- Primary: Polyterra PLA
- Transparent: PolyLite PETG (ideal for windows; transparent PLA can also be used).

File Organization:
- STL files are grouped into folders for easy navigation within the zipped file.

Print Size Requirements:
- Minimum Build Plate Size: 205mm x 191mm x 128mm.
- If your printer has a smaller build plate, the model can be scaled down by 5% to 7%.

Print Times:
- The longest print will be the House main walls (approximately 20 hours at 30mm/s speed).
- All other parts will take significantly less time.
