UPDATE [12.05.2025]: At the request of the community, I have added modded configuration file for Klipper (printer.cfg) as a reference.
The file will be helpfull for those of You, who roots the machine and changes the stepper motors to LDO's, or changes size of toothed gears to 20T (as in newer models).
UPDATE [30.04.2025]: Complete update for CFS compatibility is finished. I recommend using firmware version 2.3.5.27. There's no need to modify printer.cfg. In the CFS.zip You'll find 3 printable elements to ensure compatibility of Your Full Linear Rail K1 MAX with CFS. I have also added some crucial informations in separate PDF manual.
UPDATE! [26.03.2025]: On comunity request, I have added ADDONS.zip archive, with slightly modified Printhead Carriage compatibile with Skeletor Fan upgrade, it has extra holes prepared for heated inserts to fix the Skeletor mounts (optional).
UPDATE! [26.01.2025]: Meeting expectations - The set now includes carriage assembly instruction and a new lighter design of a carriage with dedicated cable holder.
Total weight of the moving mass is now 70 grams lower compared to stock gantry :)

Mod Description:
This is a special mod for XY-axis Gantry, an advanced upgrade designed to enhance the precision and print quality of your Creality K1-Max printer. This modification includes the integration of a high-quality MGN12 linear rails and fixes some of the main printer design issues like, replacing original idler pulleys with idler gears, providing significant improvements in motion accuracy and greatly reducing VFAβs.
This mod is the effect of further development of my X-axis Gantry. It took a lot of time and effort to design completely new movement system for your K1-Max, to provide an easy way to mod Your printer with just basic tools such as Torx Screwdriver, and soldering iron.
This mod is completely compatibile with stock printer configuration with all of the additional features like Ai β , LiDAR sensor, stock build volume - theres no need to modify printer.cfg β no root needed! but recommended due to Improved Input Shaper - separation.
My mod contains:
-Extruder and hotend carriage (compatibile with LiDAR),
-Custom X-Axis Blocks,

-Y-Endstops,
-New Left Z-Guide (optimized to prevent colision with Lidar).
