3D model description
This is a two-version Hexagonal profile shaped Ratchet Strap Winder for your Cordless drill. One iteration with a ø12mm profile and one ø10mm hex profile.
How to use:
Place the strap securely between the two forks against a flat surface (table or floor), make sure it is centered. Then, carefully use the drill to wind the strap up, ensuring a controlled and gradual motion.

This is a new, much stronger hexagonal version of my similar listing that has a cylindrical shape. This is specifically designed to be printed horizontally, lying flat on the print bed, making the part substantially more robust (a familiar property when utilizing horizontal print orientation to all you frequent 3D print-makers) - especially in the orientation where torque and breaking forces apply when using (or dropping) the tool.
Why a different profile shape than my other listing that has a cylindrical shape? Because of the limitations of 3D printing, circular shapes have a tendency to not look pleasing (if the circular profile is horizontal to the print bed), so it now has a hexagonal profile which is easier to print with an aesthetically pleasing result!

3D printing settings
I printed mine in PETG for the materials' superior:
layer adhesion compared to both PLA and ABS
ability to endure bending and impact forces (generally better than most PLAs)
If you plan to store the printed part in a shed or vehicle on hot summer days, PETG is a better choice for its heat resistance which prevents deformation and increased UV protection to withstand outdoor conditions.
I have attached 3mf-files and stl-files for both version-sizes. In the 3mf-files I have preset the settings below:
Print orientation: see screen capture
Layerheight: 0,3mm
Rafts: No
Brim: No
s: No
Infill: 40%
Perimeters: 6 walls (for strength in direction it might bend)
Solid Layers: 6 bottom, 6 top.
Print orientation: like picture shows
