Guide Rail Wall Mount Bosch/Makita/Dewalt/Milwaukee

This is a Guide Rail Wall Mount In two main versions:

Guide Rail Wall Mount -version is made for the Bosch FSN 1600 and FSN 800 Guide rail. The Bosch FSN 1600 & 800 guide rail is 142 mm wide (see attached dimension of the Bosch guide rail and sketches of the Wall Mount in picture gallery)
Guide Rail Wall Mount Large -version is made for the Makita Guide Rail (SP001G, SP600/DSP600, HS011G, DHS680,)Dewalt Guide Rail (DWS5022 & DWS5023)Milwaukee Guide Rail (for M18 FPS55, M18 FCSG66, M18 FMCS66 & CS 85 CBE). Large -version will probably also fit the Festool guide rail, check the dimensional drawings carefully to make sure it fits

The mount is a particularly smart storage solution if you have a roll-up sectional garage door as it then allows for storage in an area that is normally inaccessible but it
can be attached to a wall, ceiling (be careful when mounting!) as well.

It has two horizontal holes and two vertical holes to allow you to mount it in any orientation to enable you to find a stud in the wall when necessary.
To adequately secure a Guide Rail, a minimum of two Guide Rail Mounts will need to be printed.
Each Guide Rail Mount is printed in two pieces, the Base and the Cam Lock. Assembly will be required after printing.
It can be mounted on the surface using screws (in my case using a pop-nut to attach it to the VERY thinned sheet garage door, and M6 countersunk machine screws) or double sided adhesive tape.

There are various versions, (the description that follows applies to both the Guide Rail Wall Mount and Guide Rail Wall Mount Large -version):
Guide Rail Wall Mount Horizontal.stl holds the track HORIZONTAL to the ground.

If you want to mount your guide rail in a VERTICAL position there is a LEFT version (Guide Rail Wall Mount Vertical LEFT corner.stl) and/or RIGHT version (Guide Rail Wall Mount Vertical RIGHT corner.stl) that has a raised rim as a stop (see picture).

What to print when you have chosen your version:
*If you want the HORIZONTAL mounting option then print:
-2PCS Guide Rail Wall Mount Horizontal.stl -2PCS Cam Lock.stl

*If you choose the VERTICAL mounting option then print:
-1PCS …HORIZONTAL.stl
-1PCS …RIGHT.stl or …LEFT.stl

-2PCS Cam Lock.stl (same cam lock for all versions)

You can of course choose to print the LEFT + RIGHT version regardless of which orientation on the guide rail you want, but then naturally you have to be more precise with the distance between these two parts

Required additional hardware is:
Cylindrical head socket cap screw, M5x20mm, 2pcs

Washer 10x5,3x1, 2pcs

M5 Nyloc nut, 2pcs

Printed in PLA filament
Use a minimum layer height of 0.2mm. I have printed all these versions myself at 0.3 mm layer height.
. Infill density of at least 15% should work well.

No s needed, print in the orientation shown in pictures.
