Kill Team 2024 - Approved Ops and Datacards Holder

So, you've decided to sleeve your Approved Ops and/or Datacards... and now they don't fit in the box they came in! Never fear, this holder allows you to store them safely, protected on all sides by durable PLA+, or whatever your filament of choice.

This holder is a standard "box and lid" style holder, with a twist. It features a central lifter with two ring-grips, that allow you to lift your cards out of the holder. No more vigorous shaking to get that last, stuck, card out of the holder!

There are three sized holders, and all three holders use the same size lid (see Note 2, below).
Small - 25mm internal depth: Holds the Approved Ops 2024 set (36 sleeved cards + 3 foldout paper inserts), or 42 sleeved cards. This means it will hold most team datacards (except Imperial Agents and the Aeldari Blades team who have a copyright protected name that Cults3D won't let me use)
Medium - 40mm internal depth: Holds 66 sleeved cards.
Large - 55mm internal depth: Holds 90 sleeved cards.

The holder has space for 5mmx1mm magnets, which will help keep the lid from accidentally sliding off in your bag, within reason (i.e. don't turn your card holder upside down when it's full of cards).

Note 1: Team logos need to be upscaled 150% in both the X and Y dimension (keep Z dimension unchanged). This then matches my "large" size logos at 75mm x 75mm x 1.6mm.

Note 2: I design my holders with a fairly small tolerance for the parts that fit inside each other. The standard lid has a 0.2mm clearance the entire way around, so that it slides onto the card holder fairly firmly. Depending on how dialled in your printer is, this might not be enough and you might find the lid too tight. For this reason there is a second lid option that has a 0.4mm clearance all the way around, if you find you need a little extra.

s: Yes - The recess for the logo will be face-down towards the build plate, so using s in this area will ensure there is no filament sag and will allow the logo to be fitted neatly.

Note: For most single-head printers you can achieve the two-colour effect by adding a PAUSE (or equivalent) command into your g-code, immediately before the start of layer 4 (height 0.8mm) and changing the filament to an alternate colour.
Note2: You can replace the supplied log with any of the logos available for free at https://cults3d.sitegames.net/en/3d-model/game/kill-team-2024-token-holder-logos-all-teams. To use these logos, you need to upscale them in your slicer as follows - upscaled 150% in both the X and Y dimension (keep Z dimension unchanged). The print size should be 75mm x 75mm x 1.6mm.
