FMS ATLAS 6WD long logs carrier with trailer

A new look for the famous FMS ATLAS 6WD now transformed in a long logs carrier.
It looks like trucks in Spintires, Mudrunner and Snowrunner video games.

One main frame is fitted onto the truck, you just have to remove all rear plastic parts on the rear area of the model.
This frame include a rotating fixture with front grid and logs fixture.

The swivel use the mirror finish of your print when printing on a glass or mirror then you have to print the pivot or swivel with the upper side on the bed and a additional ring to be glued on the rotating fixture in order to get two mirror finish parts in together. It works better than expected. A central M3x8 or M3x10 screw is required. Just screw and unscrew a bit to let it move freely.

Same for the trailer which has also a rotating log fixture. Choose the lenght of the long arm.

You need M1.4 screws to fit the rear of the main frame in the last rear holes of the Atlas chassis frame and assemble the trailer.

Very simple to print on small machine.

4 rear holes on the rear are here to fit the rear hook fixture + nato hook included in the file set.

As usual you have to redrill holes to 1.2mm when a screw has to screw in and redrill to 1.5mm when a screw has to go through freely.

Parts have to be located properly on the bed as I don't know how to do it at the design phase.
