About a 12 hour print for 125% size with my settings. Sliced on the latest Cura as of February 2024.

Close to perfect except for two main things where I’m still learning to fine-tune settings (you should be able to recognize both in the pictures):

1) Underextrusion at the Z-seam on the top half of the hand. I figure it is a result of the increased travel and retraction since there is only 1 seam on the bottom half of it (wrist into thumb muscle) and 3 seams on the top half (thumb, ring and index). Not really a problem I mind since that’s not the side of the hand people will look at.

2) Walls of the extending parts did not fuse, BUT the bridge at the bottom/floor/bridge of the center piece drooped too much and fused to the stopper tab at the bottom. An issue with my overhang/bridging settings, I presume. I had to dig in there with needle-nose pliers to free/release that middle piece, but it’s fully functional after that. That wasn’t hard to do since I printed at 125% size so I could easily get in there. Pictures show the massacre, but, again, it won’t be the part people will look at.

P.s. I THINK I did .24mm layer height, 60 or 70mm/s speed and 5-10% infill, but I cannot exactly.
