Thanks for you patience, I have ed the ed zip file. For me it is an 3002KB zipped file that contains 2 files that have the file type of 3mf. Could you check if you can see these? While 3mf a file type frequently used in 3d printing if you cannot use it please send me your email address and I will send you an stl file.

So, I use BambuSlicer myself but I have ed the 5.8 version of cura to check you issue. Cura cannot use 3mf files but the stl works perfectly. Please check my screenshot: https://ibb.co/VqHBR7M.
I can suggest the following steps to resolve your issue:
-Please make sure to update your slicer to the latest stable version.
-Use the stl file to import instead of the 3mf.
--Try OrcaSlicer

What kind of software did you use to extract the zipped file?
What kind of slicer are you using?
