Hi, I would like to print your speedloader, it seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. However from the comments, I don't clearly understand if this is some old version or the most recent one, and if this file is even complete at all. I understand you have to protect the amount of work you put into design.
Is there a way to get it please? Thank you very much for any reply.
P.S. I have an idea for modification: zero BB capacity and female thread to directly connect ASG BB bottle instead (3300 BBs). That would be great for full day games when you need to carry everything with you.

Hello.

The loader that you see here is complete and 100% functional. There is a newer version, with things optimised, that you can see on our instagram page, but for that loader the files are not online. You could contract us on instagram.
As for the bottle mod, there is already on Cults a loader like what you are describing. For us it's not a good idea.

Yes, it can work with PLA, but it's best to use PETG.

From the pictures you sent me on Instagram, you have a partial c the nozzle. I used prusa slicer with stock petg settings. You have a pdf file with instructions where you also have the printing settings.

got some regarding the handle,you should have made it 2 piece,where the part you hold rotates and is held in place by the crank and the other part of the handle,which would be held by the bolt and another locknut,with grease between the 2 parts to reduce friction.

Actually, we introduced a spinning handle on SL2, along with other improvements, but that won't be available online because of compatriots who do not respect the license for personal use. A holster would be pretty big and annoying. SL2 is molle compatible, you can check it out on our FB page. Also, on our cults profile page there are multiple s available if you are interested in SL2.

ed the other day and assembly today.
Really nice, works really well with PTS EPM 1 mags, so will see how I get on on a game day.

I found pinning the mag against myself and holding the top of the loader the easiest. Keeps the fingers out of the way when winding :)

The only bit I modified was the crank in Tinkercad, just made the arm about 3mm thicker. It was bending when I was winding which could have just been the I could have printed with higher infill.

Yes, pinning the mag in the belly and holding the loader by the "tank" part is the best way to load.
For the arm you could use more perimeters and also add infill. If you have underextrusion the arm can break. Happened to me when I had a partial clog.
Too bad you removed the logos :(

Yeah sorry about your logo's but don't worry I will tell everyone who asks at Dirty Dog Airsoft where I got it.
You should look at doing a small production run at first and see how it sells with Airsoft suppliers.

The files come with assembly instructions and material parts list.
There are 9 printable parts and the following screws needed:

● DIN 912 Hexagon socket Head Cap Screws
(metric Allen screws):
○ M4x10/12/16 - 1 pc.
○ M4x25 - 4 pcs.
○ M4x30 - 1 pc.
○ M3x10 - 4 pc.
● DIN 985 Locknuts: M4 - 5 pcs.
● 1.75 mm filament: 36 mm or longer
● Spring: 3mm diameter x 8 mm long.
