Amazing job on the design of this cage ! Easy to print and just a little sanding make it pristine, props to you and your work.
Unfortunately got a little issue, the width is not working for me at all, rings work it looks like but no way to test really, since the tube is not wide enough, could use 5mm or so more from side to side.
Tried editing it with blender but no source file and so much vertices turn it potato shaped LMAO (and obviously break the attachement system).
But yeah... unfortunately unusable for me, no need for any refund, I respect your work still, let's consider the contribution symbolic and a tip for your work.

Hello, I just wanted to say that this is a great design and has been very comfortable overall. My question would be, is there a way to extend the length of the tube. I know I can increases the scale but I really just need it to be longer. I do not have the skill with meshmixer/fusion/blender to accomplish this, thanks for you time.

I really love this design, and after trying a wide variety of commercially available options this is still the most comfortable device I've found that is still secure enough to be useful. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to add any sort of lock beyond the two screws. I solved this by making a few small modifications. First, instead of using square nuts for the locking mechanism I used short m3 heat set inserts. This leaves a decent amount of space between the heat set inserts and the inside of the tube. I used this space to add a small hole that goes through both the ring and tube that allows a small plastic tamper seal type lock to through, providing a way to add some degree of security or ability to the device.

Another option I've considered would be to add a small loop between the screws that would allow a padlock to be placed where it would block the screws from being removed, but I am pleased with the serialized plastic tag option. It would be great if something like either of these methods could be incorporated into a future revision. I am very pleased with the current version, but I would probably buy a new one that incorporated some method of adding a lock or tamper seal.

What do you use to lock them anyway?

Great design, and I like the square nut insert. For those with a bit thicker penis than average, these models can be a bit too tight. They are near impossible for me to fit into and end up pinching at the base, regardless of the length.

I've enjoyed the EasyCB v3 design for several years, and I am beyond satisfied with this upgrade!

• The rings are so much more comfortable.
  • Specifically, the top of the ring is now deeply curved. That spot with the skin was the #1 reason why I could not wear the v3 design for more than 24 hours.
  • Additionally, the V shape provides much better , and overall it feels much more ergonomic.
• Multiple sizes!
  • I wound up printing and finishing every size of tube and ring that was medium or smaller and tried them all on. Even though the files only provide 30 size combinations to choose from, that's enough to get a pretty decent "custom" feeling fit.
  • While I wound up going with the medium-sized ring (similar size to my old v3), I have a strong preference for the XXS "nub" tube. I'm very small, and I'm so happy that I finally have a cage that properly restricts me from getting too stiff, as it prevents so many comfort issues outright.
• Compatible with v3 and v4
  • Since I had my v3 tube lying around, I was able to use that while trying different ring sizes. While I went with a much smaller tube than the v3, it was nice to be able to use the tube I was used to with the new parts, to get a feel for what I liked and what I didn't.

This is the first time I have paid for a 3D print model, and I have to say I am very happy with the results!

My Manufacturing Process:

• Slice with Simplify3d, add custom s.
• Print in ABS with a Flashforge Creator Pro.
• Dip the part in acetone for 10 seconds to seal and solidify layers, and dry for several hours or until all smell is gone.
• Sand imperfections (and tube tip) with 80 grit by hand.
• Dip for 5 seconds, dry.
• Sand again to a completely smooth surface using lighter pressure.
• Dip for 5 seconds, dry.
• Test fit hardware in holes and use metal tools to remove material if needed.
• Dip scratched, scuffed, or textured areas for 5 seconds, dry.
• Finally, for "crusty" looking matte areas (where acetone vapor deep inside the part evaporated through the surface):
  • Dip for a brief moment and immediately set aside to dry.
