Riva Boat Girls - Sophia L plus Boat Part2 - par SPARX

In the early 50’s St Tropez was not just full of Movie goddesses and beautiful women, Riva, an Italian company established in 1842, became renowned for its classy and well-crafted wooden pleasure boats like the Ariston, Tritone, and Sebino, becoming symbols of luxury and style.
Now I was fortunate enough last year to see the boats being built and be taken out in an 8 metre long luxury launch. I have to agree that they are luxurious and so well crafted, however I wanted a model but would not pay the cost at the museum shop! So I have crafted a boat based on the “Florida” and “Aquarama” models and the Dolce Vita is born.

Now having just a scale model would be a bit boring, so I have “loaded” my launch with three movie icons of the time, Brigitte Bardot, Sophia Loren and Elizabeth Taylor all in their early twenties.

So the “deal” is you can have the boat for FREE, by ing ALL THREE of the movie engers. You get a part of the boat with each movie icon.

The Riva boat in both 1/6 & 1/10 scale is available to purchase on its own without engers;

The models and boat are in 1/6 scale and 1/10 scale in this .
In 1/6 scale the boat would be 900mm long! So a 1/10th scale is 526mm long.
The boat part can be used for posing the 1/6 models, however as can be seen in pictures the 1/6 models have a bonus “solo” base that uses a lot less material.
The 1/6th scale incorporates removable heads and torso’s using magnets.
The 1/10th scale is designed to have parts glued.

The movie model 1/6th scale on sun lounger prop is 202mm height x 288width x 146mm deep.
The movie model 1/10th scale on sun lounger prop is 121mm height x 172width x 87mm deep.

All parts are cut files to fit build plate of small resin printers like the Photon or have separate files than the FDM versions included.
These orientations work for FDM printing but you may find a better orientation that reduces .
All the parts have been printed and developed to print, A lot of prints have been produced to get the figures corrected and fault free.

Why cut into many smaller parts I have been asked?
1. If you try and assemble this, then paint it . .it would be difficult to paint into hidden areas, less masking when painting separate parts.
2. Smaller parts not only allow for Resin print at full scale, but also allow individual parts to use less s than one larger part on FDM printers
So now you know!
Please do not scale down or adjust my recommended settings for infill etc. . . as you can see from the pictures this prints very well and I believe you will be pleased with the result when completed.
All of my models are only released when they can print! so please do not remix or "fix" faults in this model then republish! If there is a fault then let me know . . message me I will answer and fix problem. . apart from that print, make, enjoy.

Arm, Head, 0.12 80% fill speed 40 (Both Scales)
Rest at 0.16 30% fill, speed 50 (Both Scales)

ALWAYS dry assemble and “trim” parts prior gluing.
Look at the picture of how to assemble parts, so that you construct and paint separate before ing. I suggest painting ALL parts before assembly then “touch up as you glue each part.
