Model Purpose
Put the object on the turntable, scan it with mobile phone software (such as KIRI Engine, Uke, RealityComposer), export the file in stl format, and finally modify it with modeling software (such as Fusion, Blender) and print it (you can also print it directly).
Model Features
It comes with universal wheels, so there is no need to print an extra cantilever and self-weight.
The base of the turntable is relatively light. In order to prevent the base from sliding out when turning, 5 holes for anti-slip stickers are left under the bottom.
The horizontal and vertical directions (mobile phone holder base) use a triangular structure, which is very stable in actual measurement.
A slot is added to the bolt head for easy tightening and reinforcement.
Need to prepare by yourself
15 M3 screws with a length of 10mm (if only 2 screws are installed on each universal wheel, only 9 screws can be used).
Plastic glue (acrylic glue or 502 glue), used to assemble the ball in the universal wheel)
5 anti-skid pads with a diameter of 12mm and a height of 4mm (installed on the base of the turntable).
Notes
When assembling the universal wheel, pay attention to distinguish the front and back of the cover
The nuts corresponding to the metal screws (parts involved: universal wheel, mobile phone holder base, circular platform) are not threaded (M3 screws need to reduce the layer height + speed to thread, which not only increases the printing time, but also the smoothness of the thread is average). The first installation requires manual thread drilling (tighten the screws hard).
The consumables Bambu For PETG @BBL X1C of the 3mf file is the material of the main material. You can also use other consumables instead. The temperature difference between the material and the main material must not exceed 10 degrees, otherwise the surface is easy to break.
3mf files use different materials for , so the material and the main material are close together. If your material is the same as the main material, please change the top Z/bottom Z distance to the layer height value (such as 0.2mm), and change the top surface line distance to: 0.5, otherwise the material will be difficult to peel off after printing.
