A nuclear cloud in 3D

Dutch 3D designer Maxim Sachs has achieved a minor feat with this 3D file. Simple in appearance, his object is a lamp representing a nuclear cloud in 3D. The challenge in creating this design was to keep the interior hollow so that a lamp could be integrated. Then it's a question of managing the thickness of the plastic in various places so that the result simulates the appearance of the cloud as closely as possible.
