I printed the LCD stand and combined it with this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:648843
I simply drilled a hole in the lid of the Arduino box to let the cables go down into the box. And used glue to fix the LCD Stand to the box.
Printed with ABS on a LulzBot Mini.
