Delorean DMC-12/BTTF Time Machine 3D Printed RC Car

Working on this right now. I have a larger print bed so I can print the rear body halves as one section. However, after merging the models into one in blender, the black rear lightbar is too big to fit. Has anyone attempted ing the halves and printing this way? The merged rear body is 199.666mm wide. The rear lightbar, as it currently prints with no modifications, is 176.4152mm wide. Check out pics related. I resized the merged model to accomodate the rear black lightbar. It appears the merged body should be very, very close to 210mm wide. Has anyone else tried to print this way? Do you have any exact measurements for this? As long as it lines up with the center body and the front end and is able to be screwed together as intended, that's really all I'm concerned about. Thanks in advance!
