Manufacturing settings
βοΈ Recommended 3D Printing Settings for the Line Follower Base
𧡠Material (Filament)
- PLA+: Easy to print, economical and with good precision.
π‘οΈ Printing Temperature
*(Check specific filament manufacturer's recommendations).
π₯ Bed Temperature.
(Apply glue or blue tape to the bed if necessary to improve adhesion.).
π Resolution (Coating Height)
π Print Speed
- 40 - 60 mm/s for general parts.
(In complex areas, reduce to 30 mm/s.).
ποΈ Infill (Infill)
π οΈ Brackets
Yes, only where necessary *(for projections greater than 45Β°).
Configure brackets so they are easy to remove without damaging the part.
ποΈ Bedding Adhesion
Brim (skirt): Recommended to avoid deformation (warping).
If the bed is properly leveled, raft will not be necessary.
π Retraction
(Adjust according to your printer to avoid strings or *stringing.)*
β³ Estimated Time to Print.
- Depending on the design and layer height, it may take between 3 and 6 hours for a medium sized base.
