Mercury Redstone Freedom 7 1/48th

The Freedom 7 mission on the Mercury Redstone launcher enabled the USA to send its first man into space on May 5, 1961. Astronaut Alan SHEPARD enjoyed a suborbital flight of around 15 minutes aboard the Mercury capsule. The Redstone launcher was originally a missile, which was adapted to launch the Mercury capsule.

Here you'll find a 1/48th scale version that can be declined in 4 versions according to your preference.

• a so-called White version, where only the detailed exterior contours are shown.

• a Paint version, where all the parts to be painted are shown in imprint.

• a Colored version, where each colored part is printed in the desired color for a simple, realistic finish.

• and finally a Cutaway version, which represents the launcher in all its details, inside and out, not forgetting the launch pad, and where you'll need to paint certain parts and add magnets.
