3D model description

Use the small screw-like structures to build the model, but aside from the screws, you also have to glue the parts to air-tight them. You also need a spring (a spring from a mechanical pen or pencil will work) for the valve system.

Firstly, the crank case is at the far left (beside the screws).

The "Cylinder" is a rectangle to maximize the efficiency. It is at the far right.

The cylinder head is two parts (between the cylinder and crank case). Glue them SYMMETRICALLY so the "Valve Shaft" can get into the inlet and the inlet would work.

The piston is at the center, between the valve and valve shaft (at the left), and the different sized crankshafts. Try them to find the best suiting one:)

The valve next to the valve shaft should be fitted on to the crank (the shaft side that is sticking out from the crank case). Then, the curved end of the "valve shaft" should be put on to the valve, and the tip should be fitted into the inlet inside the cylinder head with the spring. You can sand the tip of the "valve shaft" to minimize the friction between the inlet.

Then, the cylinder head should be put on to the cylinder.

Nextly, the piston attached to a crankshaft and the crank, should be put into the cylinder.

Finally, fit the cylinder inside the crankcase.

Notes:
I preferred a bottle with a hole on its cap (and glued it to the intake) for the supply of compressed air.

This is the updated version of my engine. All parts fit perfectly (when sanded, if necessary). Also with better crankshaft design.
