I've printer the mini adder v2 included in the files. One built, it's extremely effective. Solid construction, reliable, generally well designed and certainly more than just a toy.

I bought all the none 3D-printer parts on maker-kit and printed all parts in PETG black and PETGH gray for all the parts the interacts with (bottons, triggers, etc.

However, understand that is not an easy print. You will have to paint your own s, ensure clan finish on some parts, use lube, adjust strength settings based on the part, etc.

Although, the whole process is fun and you can't argue with the end results. I'll likely print the Adderini next just because it's such a fun project.

Kann man den theratube für die miniadder durch etwas anderes ersetzen, zb durch tpu Druck oder eine Feder oder so etwas? Will nicht so ein ganzes Ding kaufen für die paar Millimeter.

Hello,

Where can I find the "LWC_adderini_buttstock_shaft_left_side" file? Unfortunately, it's not in the folder. Without it, you can't use the stock, which looks really good.

Everything came together quite nicely but the string doesn't reliably engage on the catch on the trigger. Occasionally it will slip off the trigger catch during cocking and lead to an accidental discharge. RIP my garage ceiling tile. If I push the cocking lever a little extra at the end of the stroke it's more likely to catch on the trigger but still there is risk of accidental discharge.

If you're looking for the v3, it isn't here or anywhere.

The adderini v2 is worth it, though, because of so many side grades to it and you can use rubber on it.

But if you have crossbow steel limbs and you just want a 6 bolt capacity crossbow, I would recommend the Wolf Pack A01 since it's easier to make than the adderini.

thank you for the answer! I was considering to purchase the EK Vlad or Stinger II crossbow as I can both find them new around 240euros. But then I found the adderini and it lookes pretty similair to the Stinger. So i thought why not print it. But honestly the biggest downside to all the crossbows are the brutally expensive bolts and the uncertainty whether or not they will fit.

Ist es wirklich notwendig in PLA zu drucken, warum kann nicht auch PETG verwendet werden, ist das nicht sogar strapazierfähiger?

Ich glaub, weil PLA Steifer ist und die Waffe sich dann immer so durchbiegen würde mit PETG.
Ich weiß auch noch nicht so recht was ich verwenden soll. Ob PLA, PLA+ oder ABS

PETG hat bei mir einwandfrei funktioniert und auch nach vielen Schüssen keinerlei Ermüdungserscheinigungen gezeigt. Man sollte natürlich darauf achten, dass der Drucker perfekt kalibriert ist und stabile Bauteile mit dem Material druckt, ohne Artefakte.

I had this problem on the First print. I solved printing rails (petg) with 2 walls and 100% infill that I found Is Better on small thick instead of 5walls (Just on rails). And reducing Speed (I have X1C Bambulab)

Usually the spring from the bolt lever should keep the bolts from sliding out. Possibly try a stronger / longer spring. Did you use the original suggested spring dimensions ?

You can use pretty much any tube / band slingbow arms with the Mini Adder if you use my Slingbow Adapter for the Mini Adder V2. Simply check my designs.

Built 3 already of different variations and colours. Personally i like the rubberband one more than the crossbow. Thanks for a wonderful design and very well done product

Well its easier for anyone to print, you dont need to buy limbs for it,
Its much more compact and easier to stow away in a bag without any screws to loosen, and since you can print different rubberband holders you can easily adjust the poundage to your convenience 😀

Ask the folks from Cults or Paypal. I am not shure who blocks it but you can not pay via Paypal for anything "weapon related". So I guess credit card is the only way to go.

Hello, i got my miniadder v2 set up in crossbow config, but i’m getting the issue of magazine rail breaking multiple times now. i’m using the recommended setting in PETG but it’s not strong enough. i saw people saying printing in PLA+ is better. Could anyone share their settings on the magazine rail print in PLA+ that does the trick without breaking? i’m using the same 80 pound bow described in the pdf file.

Hey, I'm pretty new to 3D printing, and I run into this problem where when I import the STL file into my slicer the size is wrong, I tried using other programs as well but all of them couldn't or just didn't use/show the correct size of the parts, what can I do? is there a place I can find the sizes of all the parts?

Are there any other limbs that can be used? The EK Archery Cobra are not available in my region at the moment and unfortunately shops never have exact dimensions in the product details, so I can't check which ones are compatible.

Nice work. The width of the front part of the Adderini with Crossbow limbs is 37.2 mm. The hanger must be at least 38mm wide.

i'd like to print the miniadder v2 AR15 folding stock for the adderini, but the plug adapter is different. it's a rectangle on the miniadder and more of a cylinder on the adderini, anybody get this to work successfully?

The folding stock of the Mini Adder v2 does not fit the Mini Adder v1 / Adderini. You can use the folding stock included with the Mini Adder v1.
