3D model description

3 differently sized cable spools.

Build them empty or add the wire/cable.

Wire/cable (printed) included for all 3 sizes.

Straps are printed and can be sized larger in the Z if desired for more width.

Includes everything shown in the images.

3D printing settings

Printed in PLA+
Spools come in 3 sizes: 630, 800 and 1000

Each spool has a Body and an End.

Each spool has a Wire/cable wrap and a Spacer.

Straps are designated as Strap and Strap Wire.
An example would be 630 Strap and 630 Strap Wire.

Templates are included for each spool size to align the associated rack to the pallet.

An additional template is included for the dbl-630 spool pallet.

Print your desired pieces.

If making a cabled spool, glue a Spacer onto a Spool Body.

Glue the Wire/cable wrap to the Spool Body.

Glue the Spool End to the Spool Body.

Use the desired Template to align and glue a Rack to a Pallet.

Place the Spool in the rack, then secure it by gluing 2 straps to the underside of the pallet: a dot of glue on the underside of each strap end will secure it to the underside of the pallet.
