Z-Axis Stabilizer for Ender 3 S1 (not pro)

Contains two versions for 8-millimeter and 10-millimeter threaded rods.

Includes a variant of the STLs to use the original LCD display (also for 8 and 10mm).

If installed correctly, it should retain the 270mm print height of the Ender 3 S1, even using the included trims.

Hardware required:

8x M5 screws (ø5 mm wide, L40 mm high, same as original but different height, design was made to use 40 mm for all points).

2x threaded rods 10 or 8 mm wide and at least 530 mm high.

8x Nuts for 10 mm or 8 mm threaded rods.

 Optional: Washers.

Print on PETG

• 6 perimeters of 0.44 mm

• 6 lower layers

• 6 upper layers

• 25% fill

While this may be overkill, these are parts that will be in your printer for its lifetime and it seemed like a good idea to make some sturdy parts.

The trims require a maximum layer height of 0.15mm.

There are two versions of trims; a higher tolerance value will result in looser trims (+0.1). A lower tolerance value will result in tighter trims (+0.09).
