Turntable Assembly
Description:
This is a 3D printed turntable assembly for the purpose to be used for placing objects on top of it for scanning, painting, etc. The platform will turn in the same direction as the knob, and it has a gear ratio of 5:1. 5 turns of the knob is equal to 1 turn for the platform. It is mostly 3D printed, except for the screws and bearings. The only tool you will need is a hex key for the screws, and optionally a rubber mallet to help place the bearings.

Assembly Instructions:
1) Grab the Turntable Base along with the 4 bearings, and place the bearings in position. You should be able to push them in place by hand, but if it is a bit hard, then that's where the rubber mallet comes into play.
2) Insert the Turntable Mast into bearing that sits alone in the Turntable Base. Again, when inserting it use a rubber mallet if needed.
3) Take the 3 Turntable Base Connectors and screw them into the base. The circular edge should be facing away the base.
4) Screw the other side of the Turntable Base Connectors into the Turntable Wall. This should bridge the base and the wall.
5) Grab the 3 Turntable Intermediate Gear. They will be inserted into the remaining bearings, but DO NOT do this yet. Just go ahead and insert one of the Turntable Intermediate Gear into the bearing of the middle. This gear will have screw holes in it, but you will not be using them (I should have removed them, but it's not going to matter either way.)
6) Grab the remaining Turntable Intermediate Gear, and grab 2 of the Turntable Gear Fasteners. Screw the fasteners to the gears.
7) Use the remaining Turntable Gear Fasteners, and screw one of them to the Turntable Pinion and the other to the Turntable Knob.
8) Use one of the Turntable Mini Mast and connect one of the ends to the Turntable Gear Fastener connected to the Turntable Pinion, and connect the other end to the Turntable Gear Fastener connected to one of the Turntable Intermediate Gears. Make sure the screw holes in the fasteners align with the screw holes of the mini mast.
9) Connect the second Turntable Mini Mast to the Turntable Gear Fasteners connected to the Turntable Intermediate Gear and the Turntable Knob. Make sure everything is aligned correctly.
10) Screw the holes in the Turntable Mini Masts from parts 8 and 9. The screws will be sticking out, and that's because I thought about putting washers and nuts to them, but once I printed them I realized that they were not needed. So once you are at this part, go ahead and insert this pieces into the bearings. Just make sure the one that has the pinion is inside the wall, and the one with the knob on the outside of it.
11) Now grab the Turntable Platform and insert it into the Turntable Mast (The big one in the middle), and just move it around when putting it to make sure it engages with the pinion. Use a mallet to completely push it in if needed. Turn the knob to make sure everything works correctly.
12) Place the Turntable Platform Cover on top of the Turntable Wall. Make sure it is properly placed into its fittings.
13) Screw the Turntable Knob Holder to the bottom of the Turntable Base. This should be very intuitive.
14) Grab the Turntable Knob Cover and place the knob through the hole of the cover, but make sure it engages with the Turntable Knob Holder. Go ahead and screw it.
15) Now just take the Turntable Bottom Plate and screw it to the of the Turntable Wall. Make sure to place face-down the side that has bigger holes in the plate.
16) You are done!
