3D model description
This is an electronics upgrade and is ment for Prusa i3 printers up to versions MK3 or similar with traditional frame.
Here you can find all parts for making this upgrade. SKR Mini E3 V3 has a lot of features and a great motor driver cooling system. You can activate the sensorless homing feature easily and enjoy many more things like getting the iconic yellow duck from BTT.
I essentially remixed the model from E-leton which is also a remix from VeeVi. E-leton modified the original model adapting it for the SKR Mini E3 V3 and I just made some changes for easier installation so you are all covered.
I also created space for a 4010 fan in the case door file. It's a modification from the original Prusa MK2s door. If you don't want to use the fan you can simply use the original MK2s “RAMBo-doors.stl” file or the original MK3 “Einsy-doors.stl" file, they are exactly the same.
Once you print the files you can check this installation tips:
- Start by installing 3 M3 nuts in the back of the main case, the 4 M3 nuts for the extruder and bed clamps and the last M3 nut for the door.
- After that you can mount the case to the frame with 2 M3 screws starting with the bottom one. I suggest you to use an allen key screw in the upper one because it will be inaccesible for a normal screw driver once you install everything in place. to present your X axis cables in the according space for them before screwing the upper screw.
- Then I recommend you to use the bed and extruder clamps to secure all cables in place with 4 M3 by 10mm screws.
- You need to connect your extruder and heatbed to the SKR board before securing it in place because once screwed, you won't be able to insert the cable terminals easily.
- After securing the board in place with 3 or 4 M3 by 10mm screws, you can connect everything else, just double check everything before connecting your power supply.
- If it all runs smoothly, you can install your 4010 fan and mount your door with the hinges.
Enjoy!

First, in the E-leton model I made more space for the heatbed and extruder headers. The cables didn't fit, specially with the proper terminals which are crucial for better installation.
I also made the M3 nut slots bigger because they didn't fit to normal M3 nuts.

I remixed “RAMBo-doors.stl” from the original Prusa MK2s files in order to create space for a fan.
I also remixed the original Prusa MK2s extruder and bed clamps for a better fit in the E-leton model.
