Hi there - Do these collets have typical outer dimensions? I'm about to use a Pillow Bearing in my DIY Cue Lathe, so I can use one pillow bearing for all collets
No they do not, but if you let me know the dimensions, I can whip it up for you. Is your pillow bearing 1 - 3/8"? These are designed to be gripped by a 3 or 4 jaw chuck.

I haven't decide the pillow bearing size. But, I was thinking to use 3/4" bearing. Do you think it'll be ideal?
That would be a good number. I checked the OD on the 15.00 mm collet, and it's just under .75". In other words, yes, 3/4" would be ideal for the shaft collets. However, if you wanted to get a t collet insert, it would need to be bigger.
