Pixel - Dual 5015 Cooling System
Hey Guys
I'm Retro D and this is my Sprite Cooling System Inspired by the 80s.
Growing up as an ADHD kid in the '80s / '90s played a huge role and a massive part of who I am today.
This is a Dedication piece to those eras.
I designed a 4piece, easy-to-print cooling system with pixelated aesthetics. It's Based on my original design the Mint Chip, but has many upgrades and add-ons.
I also made it as small as possible to leave you with a compact and sleek design without sacrificing performance. Even smaller than previous designs.
Works Great.
25min Benchy at 0.2 layer height.
See pic and Gif
Im using two colors. and since the PIXEL is made up of 4 parts it allows you to mix and match the colors to your liking.
I like the Cyan and Magenta look of retro neon lights.
So I will be using the closest colors I have on hand.
Materials used: PETG (Purple-PolyMaker) (Mint-Hatchbox)
You will need a few things.
4 x M3 Nut
4 x M3x20 Screws (2 for putting all 4 pieces together + 2 for the Fans.
Some Key Features include:
- Pixelated Design (80's Inspired) (Blocky Aesthetics)
- Hexnut hole design to secure the Fans Neatly.
- Extra large Channels for Better Airflow
- Compact Design
- Easy to print (Design to not need s when printing)
- Lightweight
- Easy Cable Management
I use this for my Personal Rig since I love the design.
Hope you find as much joy in it as I do.

Have a great day!
Update: I liked the look of the Single Fan so I Added Another Bracket for the Dual 5015 ( With Added Retro Chunky deliciousness) Turns 4 parts into 3 since the back bracket and fan mount are one now.
Update: Added new Duct v2 with 3 outlets. (its v1 with a middle outlet)
Update: V2 Duct was touching Spider Hot end. I adjusted it.
Works even better now, And allowed for more visibility, 4mm from the nozzle or Just line up the bottom of the red Heat sock with the top of the Duct-Ends.
Officially an End Game Product now. :P
"One Pixel to rule them all"
Update: Added Height Guide for Duct. Just slide the guide under the nozzle at the center of the T shape, and rest the Pixel on it. will give you the perfect height.
Or Just look at the Instruction Pics Added lol.
Update: I realized I didn't say what "CR touch Zero Offset probe backplate mount" I'm using.
I found a really cool one by a creator called
Lasse Lauesen.
Link here. https://www.printables.com/model/438768.
Lots of room and the CR touch mount has a cavity above it for wires to be squished into.
Update: Due to some useful on a recent make
(I made some Adjustments to the Bracket v1 and the Bracket 1.2.
(Adjusted some holes for improved fitment)
