This motorized, 3D-printable turntable is designed for makers, photographers, and 3D printing enthusiasts who want to showcase their models in cinematic, smooth rotation. Whether youβre creating epic product shots, mesmerizing timelapses, or simply flexing your latest print, this is the ultimate tool to bring your designs to life!

β’ Direct gear drive for smooth and stable rotation.
β’ USB-powered (5V) with an optional switch for forward/reverse motion.
β’ Compact 20 cm diameter β ideal for small to medium-sized objects.
β’ PETG, ASA, or ABS recommended for best durability.
β’ Snap-in assembly for printed parts, with minor soldering required for the motor (switch optional).
ποΈ Assembly Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Print all parts according to the recommended settings.
2οΈβ£ Insert one 623ZZ bearing tightly into the center hole of the base (press-fit).
3οΈβ£ Attach four additional 623ZZ bearings as wheels, using M3x10 or longer screws.
4οΈβ£ Solder the power wires to the Mini N20 motor (switch optional).
5οΈβ£ Press-fit the motor into the holder (tight fit).
6οΈβ£ Press-fit the gear onto the motor shaft.
7οΈβ£ Use a recycled USB cable for power (ideally, but a new one can be used if necessary β we upcycling! β»οΈ).
8οΈβ£ Snap-in the legs, then glue the cable cover (hot glue or CA glue recommended) for secure attachment.
9οΈβ£ Plug it in and enjoy seamless rotation!

Notes:
β’ This model is designed for the Mini N20 DC motor with USB 5V power.
β’ Switch is optional β the motor runs fine without it.
β’ Requires 4Γ 623ZZ bearings + 1Γ press-fit 623ZZ bearing in the center.
β’ Ensure all parts fit snugly before running the motor.
β’ USB power cable must be salvaged from an old device (ideally, but new cables can be used if needed).
β’ Cable cover should be glued in place for best results (hot glue or CA glue recommended).
β’ I personally scavenged the switch from a childβs old Star Wars projector. πβ¨
