Hallo, hier sind Sockelretentionen für die Miracast Sockelformer sowie eine Universalretention 2-teilig mit Abzugshilfen für alle anderen Sockel in high und low Poly.

Vor dem Ausgießen in die Sockelformer einlegen oder gleich die Modellformer hernehmen.

Diese Modellsockel-Retentionen sind eine effiziente und präzise Lösung für die Zahntechnik. Sie ermöglichen eine zuverlässige Verbindung zwischen Modell und Sockel, wodurch die Stabilität und Handhabung deutlich verbessert werden.

Ein wesentlicher Vorteil dieser Retentionen ist, dass sie das zeitaufwändige und kostenintensive Ausfräsen des Modellsockels überflüssig machen. In der Praxis führt das manuelle oder maschinelle Fräsen oft zu erhöhtem Werkzeugverschleiß, insbesondere an hochwertigen Fräsen. Eine Reparatur oder ein Austausch dieser Fräsmaschinen beginnt bei mindestens 350 € und wird im Durchschnitt etwa alle zwei Jahre erforderlich.

Deutlich geringere Betriebskosten:

FDM druck mit TPU (100 % Infill) benötigt 77 g Material pro größten Sockel im Datensatz.

Bei 50 Modellsockelformer Stück/Jahr: 146,3 € in zwei Jahren

Vergleichskosten beim Fräsen:

Fräsmaschinen-Reparatur: ab 350 € alle zwei Jahre

Fräserverschleiß (30€ pro gute Gipsfräse alle 4 Monate): ca. 180 € in zwei Jahren

Gesamtkosten Fräsen: 530 €
→ Ersparnis mit dieser Retention: über 383,3 € in zwei Jahren

Ich werde ein paar bearbeitete Bilder dazu vorstellen, jedoch da bei mir noch das Logo mittig integriert ist, wird dieses mit der Fräse leicht entfernt. Aus Datenschutzgründen ist hier nur etwas Artigips in die Form gegeben worden zur Darstellung.

Wichtig!!!

Bei der Anfertigung dieser Retentionen unbedingt flexibles Material verwenden, sollte Ihr Material sich als zu hart herausstellen, empfehle ich die Retentionsplatte vom Zentrum in 3 separate Teile zu zerschneiden, um das Entfernen dieser zu erleichtern.

Sollte kein Filament Drucker zur Verfügung stehen und das Investment in einen dieser Drucker sich nicht Lohnen,
lässt sich dieses Modell auch in Harz drucken und übersetzen in Silikon, welches jedes Labor hat.
Da fällt ihnen bestimmt was ein :)

Ansonsten greifen Sie zu TPU und verfahren nach Herstellerangaben, der Fokus sollte auf der Shor-Härte liegen!

Meine Empfehlung liegt zwischen A95 und A40, zu hartes Material reißt ab oder verschleißt zu schnell und zu weich ebenso.
