Minimus Snap Z - 4010 Ender 3 Pro 3v2 5 Neo Max

Instructions say to print in PLA or PLA+. I'm not sure what I expected, but obviously this thing melted to all hell. Didn't even survive the first layer of the first print with PLA at 190°C nozzle. Might attempt again with PETG, not sure yet

How is the MinDD base attached to the BMG? I might be blind but I couldn't find a photo showing it. It looks like your stepper motor is directly on the back of the bondtech and there are two screws going upwards from the base but I'm not sure into what they're screwed.

Hi, Rogue Paul, could you provide explanation of how to use a filament instead M2x20 screw? I can't find locally M2x20 to buy.

Some shrouds have an oval hole at the bottom of the neck. What is the purpose of directing air in this way? I can speculate that it is to cool the bottom of the throat tube or perhaps provide more part cooling but those are just my theories. Some holes are near the front of the neck and some deeper in. When is one used vs the other?

Hi Paul, awesome work! Just purchased this. I just got into 3d printing with an Aquilalab x2! I'm aware the mounting plate is different than the ender 3v2, and was curious of all the backplate files in the folders, which one I should be using. The Ender 5 universal one?

Is there any plans to make this work with the 5010 fans? I have the other version and a Spider hotend and the other one doesn't seem to go down quite far enough to blow on the nozzle. It's close but I would really like to make this work because I think it would work better.

This is a nicely done project. Thanks. I am running a Crealty Direct Drive Kit. Looking directly at the front of the machine, you are seeing the rear end of the extruder stepper. Some combination of parts ought to work with this setup but I don't see it specically addressed. I will be lazy. For the Crealty Ender3 Direct drive kit with a BLTouch running a 5015 fan on one side, what parts do I need to print?

I had dismantled my whole hotend just to realize that the backplate (Min Snap Z - Backplate _ Neo - ABL-WM _30d) did not work for my standard hotend on my printer (Ender 3V2 Neo).
The hotend cooling fins collide with the z-Axis mount for the shroud.

Can I use a different backplate from this collection? e.g. the dragonfly one seems to have an elevated mount for the hotend and might give enoug clearance?!

Hi, I have modifed my ender 3 to mosquito hot end. I see in example pictures there is a backplate for it but I dont seem to find it.
Can you help me out? Witch files I should you if I upgraded to mosquto hot end?

I printed the stock files for Ender 3 but the hotend radiator is pushing on the main body of the minimus body part and I cant insert it.

Is there any negative effect when using wide ducts for slow speed printing?

Hey i just try to figure out what files i need for a default Ender 3V2. Only Upgrade ist the MK8 Hotend wich looks identical to the original.
So i use the Min Snap Z without HBC right?
What is the diference in the Ducts from .5mm to 1mm ? I just dont get it sry.

Hi ! quick question, on the read me you have :" All backplates redesigned. ABL reinforced, New style standoffs, M2 Z adjust holes now take inserts if you choose. You can now use filament instead of M2 screws. ". How would i do this ?
