Noise Dampener:
I recently came out with The UFO k1 aux fan noise dampener.
I took that design, shrunk it down, did a few tweaks, and was able to implement it into this design too.

Built-in s.
I have designed the model without overhangs over 45%. Any Angles over 45% have already been ed and can be snapped off after printing.
Duct.
I took my original design of the Dominion Barebones and completely overhauled it.
--Widened it and smoothed out the path of the airflow.
--Re-tweaked the ratio between the ID of the entrance and the ID of the combined Area of the 2 exit ducts. This allowed for increased airflow with less back pressure.
Update: Added new Hexa-Port Duct.
See images for bridging and overhang tests.
Update: A AP Shroud and mount for the fan were added.
See added images.
Hexa-Port Upgrade:
We completely overhauled and added 6 Ports to distribute airflow more evenly. An airflow accelerator was added down the middle of the duct. As you can see from the pictures, the results speak for themselves.
Once the fan has been installed, you only need the four original screws. to form the cable mount at the top of the hotend. and the two original ones from the sides.
You only need to use one type of hex screwdriver to install and take it off.
The sides have been shaved down for more visibility.
Enjoy!
PS: If you want something similar but have a Knomi, you can look at the previous model designed for this. As this design is performance-based and the knomi only adds extra weight.
