Design Feature:
The design includes an offset on the thread to ensure smoother tightening of the bolts.

Flat Surface Eye Bolt Set:
Designed with an additional flat surface on top of the ring, allowing the bolt to be printed with the ring seated on the printer bed and the thread on top. This design eliminates the need for under the ring seat surface, facilitating easier and cleaner printing, and ensuring better thread quality.

3D printing settings

Increase the number of wall loops to at least 3-4. This will provide additional strength to the outer shell of the printed parts, enhancing the bolt's ability to withstand torsional forces and reducing the risk of breakage when tightening.
