ENDER 6 - BIQU H2 VS2 REVO (5015) and (4010)

This is a for the BIQU H2 VS2 Revo extruder. Includes:

-Lock for BL Touch, aligned with extruder.

-Layered 5015 fan mounting, close to the shaft and vertical to reduce vibrations, away from heat, improves inertias, does not generate turbulence and increases fan life and efficiency.

-Improved extruder ventilation, facilitating the installation of 4010 fan that can be the original fan of the Ender 6.

-Easy assembly and disassembly

-Robustness of frame and secure fixings, very important in long lasting prints with temperatures over 210º, where the frame if not correct can expand and a small deformation will ruin the works and you won't know why.

-Fastenings and conduits for cable ducting.

-Threads are made by brass M3 threaded insert, avoids the problem of loosening hex nuts with expansions.

-Maximum printing capacity being possible to exceed 265x265 (consider in each case to exceed the printing size recommended by the manufacturer, the bed does not offer the same temperature performance at the extremes) ing ENDER 6 - SHAFT EXPANSION AND WITH SS-5GL. The result of prints with PLA, ABS, ASA is optimal, you can get the best out of the extruder. It is optimized for technical and PLA.

There is a good test for PLA on any manifold, it is called the water test, it is simple and easy to perform, with it you can see where and how the air jet hits to cool the filament, I attach videos.

Notice that under the nozzle the air flow lowers the water 1 cm, only at that point and there is no turbulence or leaks on other sides.

Undoubtedly, printing goes to another level with the installation of this and related material.

It can be printed in PLA, 4 layers, 1mm top and bottom, 50% density and zigzag.

Recommended ABS or ASA, especially if you want to print on more technical materials.
