2023-06-06: Adding 55.5mm fang for volcano heat block or dragonfly HIC

2023-04-09: Adding Fang for ender 3 compatible with Revo micro using this mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5200613)

2023-01-03: Adding printed direct drive bracket for the creality aluminum dual gear extruder.

2022-06-20: Adding fangs compatible with the Micro Swiss direct drive (the standard one, not the NG) and NOT for linear rail version either (that will be coming up later).
Also adding a printed direct drive bracket for stock motor and extruder.

New fang based on my original and popular design, made to use two 40mm axial fans but made to fit around bigger hot ends and supply twice the airflow for high flow nozzles and high deposition rates. In the following weeks I will design adaptors to use Orbiter extruder and make it fit some more printers. Right now only fits ender 3, ender 3 pro and ender 3v2.

-Modular accessory mounts on each side (BL touch, CR touch, EZABL (coming soon), etc.) BL touch offset: x-54 and Y-27
-Built-in LED mounts for 5mm straw hat LEDs
-Still prints with no s at all, some s are built-in the model and you snap them off at the end

Comes in different length for the different hot ends. *@ Length measured from the center of the hot end mounting holes to the tip of the nozzle @* PLEASE MEASURE YOUR HOT END, there are copies, variations and new products released regularly.

51mm : Creality Spyder (Measure your hot end carefully, there are at least 3 versions out there with different size)

I tested a high flow 4028 fan for parts cooling
sanyo-denki 109P0424R3013, Flows more than 5015 blower. Only drawback is that when slicer is set at 1%, it already spins at about 50% of maximum speed. And it's pretty noisy of course at 14000rpm.

Please let me know if you have any issues, this is a new design and could need some tweaks.

Steep 60deg overhangs, harder to print with some materials. proper printer set-up and calibration recommended.

45deg duct is also 60 deg overhang. i recommend using thinner layers, slower print speeds and print with a material that is easy to print with.
