Lithium battery charging module type bms 3s 4A 18650 batteries.
Battery housing (Recycled)
Instructions for assembling a 12V battery with 18650 cells.
Specifications
Maximum capacity: 12V - 12A
Minimum capacity: 12V - 2A
Number of cells in series: 3
Number of batteries per cell: 6 (for maximum capacity) or 1 (for minimum capacity).
Soldering method: Zinc foil and electric spot welder.
Cell configuration
Minimum capacity (12V - 2A)
3 18650 batteries must be soldered in series.
The batteries should be placed lying flat on the base.
The wiring follows the same series connection structure, ensuring that the junction between the batteries maintains circuit continuity.
Maximum capacity (12V - 12A)
Grouping:
It is recommended to form groups of 3x2.
Two of these groups should be ed on the 3-stack side to span the width of the cabinet.
A third group should be connected sideways, spanning 2 stacks from the second group and 1 from the first group, to fit the length of the battery.
BMS Module Connection (3S 15A recommended)
BMS connections:
B-: Connects to the negative output of the series group.
B1: Connects to the junction between the first and second group (positive of the first group and negative of the second group).
B2: Connects to the junction between the second and third groups (positive of the second group and negative of the third group).
B3 (B+): Connects to the positive output of the series group.
P-: Negative input and output.
P+: Positive input and output.
Load Module Connection
Input: 3 to 6V.
Output: 12.6V - 4A.
Recommendation: not all phone chargers can supply enough power; a fast charging charger with type A port is recommended.
Connection:
P+ to the positive of the cabinet battery.
P- to cabinet negative.
Mounting on the cabinet
Size adjustment:
If the number of batteries is varied, it is necessary to scale the cabinet height.
For other drill models, scale the top cover to fit the battery size.
It is recommended to print the top cover upside down for easy adjustment.
Compare the inside measurements of the printed model with the battery and adjust in millimeters if necessary.
Add or subtract the necessary millimeters to the thickness to fit correctly.
If keeping the original design with 18 18650 batteries, just make sure the length and width are correct.
Placement and attachment:
The cover only fits one way, with the logo facing left.
Philips 3mm diameter, stainless steel type screws can be used, or whichever best suits the design.
Once screwed in, the battery is ready for use.
The battery box should be glued with glue. Liquid silicone is recommended for a permanent bond, but any other suitable glue can be used according to preference.
