3D model description
Anet A8 Leadscrew drive
At first i need to say thanks to SmallArtFly for making the whole Anet A8 frame in customize able CAD files without him nothing were possible

Anet A8 Mill / Engraving Machine
Hardware Status: Done
Added Anet Frame Parts With Additional I-typ Hold for mill Extension
Added a file with complete machine for help were the parts should be (95% done)
Got Bored today so i made for second Y Stepper
New Parts Added and Complete machine view updated
Firmware Status: Done
Final solution for Firmware is ESTLCAM it coms with a firmware
for Arduino 2560 and ramps 1.4 and can be used for milling a nice
and simple tool like cura etc can be used as demo but should be buyed
its worth the 49€ the coder should be paid for it its rly a nice software
https://www.estlcam.de/
so "printer" is ready to mill now and in its final size(240x500mm) and stability
travelway is 944mm so it is able to mill the printed parts without any problem
also parts which are bigger then 500mm in once.
will post some more Videos when i start to make the anet parts from alloy
Parts For Anet A8 CNC Mill / Engraving Machine
For Most People it will not be possible to Print the Complete Machine
you need at least a heat bed of 440x220cm to print some parts
for this problem use my Anet A8 parts to double your heat bed as suggestion
Things needed:
4 Leadscrews T2 8x500mm in 2° or more (i use 2°)
4x Nema 17 Stepper Motors (I took 59 Ncm)
4x Bearing 22x8mm
11x Linear Bearing LMUU 8mm
4x Motor - Lead Screw adapter
A lot of m3 Screws in different length from 10mm - 30mm
1x Mill Spine
Old Arduino 1.0 for 3d printing
Ramps 1.4 for milling and ESTLCAM
https://www.estlcam.de/
For Additional X Axis Stabilizing
Steelrods from mill tray are to weak for alloy and needs stabilized
450mm I-Typ Profile
Fotos will get Posted when parts are build next weeks
For extension
1x Leadscrew T2 8x1000mm
2x steelrod 8x960mm
2x screws 8x1000mm
2x I-typ Profiles 1000mm
6x I-Typ Profile 500mm
2x I-Typ Profile 250mm
32x ballbearing 6x3mm for the sleds
Found a solution for Ramps 1.4 Boards with ESTLCAM wich
comes with firmware for this board so i will not search for any
other
Attention!!!!
When u want to print with it with the arduino 1.0, you need to change some things in firmware!!!
the 2° lead screws dont like Accelerations over 2 mm/s and a maximum speed as far as i tested of 10 mm/s.(but can be higher still testing)
else the Motor clutch is releasing and nothing moves (sounds ugly and cant be good for the stepper)
also u need to setup the the steps per mm in firmware for me it was 1600 but depends on your leadscrew and steppers and must be calculated!!!!!
