3D model description

Two sets of Allen Wrench handles in the five most popular sizes.

4mm, 3mm, 2.5mm, 2mm and 1.5mm

  1. Long handles - 130mm

  2. Stubby Handles - 85mm

Neither set requires glue or any hardware to assemble. The parts are a press fit so they can be disassembled at any point in the future to replace a worn Allen Wrench.

The holes on the back of the handles are not for hardware. They are for inserting a punch to punch out the plugs holding the Allen Wrenches in place.

Print the Stubby version first, they are much handier, at least for me.

GCODE: The GECODE provided should work on almost all common printers, even those with auto bed leveling or not. The .3mf files are for PrusaSlicer and are included if you need to change any parameters.

Filament: PLA works fine, so should PETG. However the provided GCODE was compiled using PLA temperatures (210Β°C) so if your filament needs more or less heat, load the .3mf file into PrusaSlicer and change the temperatures.
