VW bay keys holder

Finally I designed a model inspired to my beloved VW van. The model is customizable, so that you can make it look as similar as possibile to your bay window by matching the top and bottom colors as the color of the bumpers and popup roof.

I ed 2 different type of file, depending on when you want to customize your van. The “3D” version has different files for every part of the bodywork and must be assembled after printing with some glue.
The second version is a single print in place model that can be customized directly in the slicer and printed with a multi material extruder or with the “printing 1 color at time technique “ ( the parts are 0.4mm tall so they will not collide with your nozzle. If you have friction problems, I also ed a version with bearings, it uses this model: 16x 5x8x2.5 bearings

For the printing settings, I suggest to use a 0.4mm nozzle and selecting the ironing option in the slicer so that the flat surface are as smooth as possible and you will not have friction problems with the moving parts

To facilitate the print, the hook is flat, to bend it, just dip it in hot water for 15 seconds and then pull it out and shape it :)
