3D model description
A Shower Shelf for your bathroom necessities, It's secured firmly to the shower rod.
If you print this model, please share pictures.
This Shower Shelf uses the Voronoi pattern which maximizes strength while minimizing filament use.
There are 7 iterations of this shelf for these shower rod dimensions; ø18, ø19, ø20, ø22, ø23, ø24, ø25. Also, if you want it mounted to right side of the rod and want to hide the screws You can just mirror it in the slicer print the version you want.
The basket is secured by 2PCS M3 screws and 2PCS M3 nuts, (M3x30 will do for the ø18-ø20 versions and M3x35 will do for the ø22-ø25 versions).
The fasteners engage the clamp to the shower rod and holds the basket firmly in place.
I chose this method of securing the basket (using metal hardware) to keep the design as sleek as possible (3D printed screws are usually to weak unless they are printed in the right orientation and proper size).
Also, watch: Video showing the adjustability: https://youtu.be/logx_olRr14
This shelfs´ inside measurements are approximately L:157 W:92 H:46
3D printing settings

In of wall thickness, the horizontal layers I set to 5 solid layers at the top and 4 solid layers at the bottom, vertical perimeters I put to 4 for a decent thickness to the part, (watch Printer Settings Walk Through-video: https://youtu.be/6zr_RbNO4MU )
There is a test Peace to print among the files if you are unsure that your printer with default settings can print overhangs - These overhangs was no problem with my Prusa i3 MK3 with default settings (....see Printer Settings Walk Through-video….
