Hello, good day. either use the STL file for the "Door" preferably the weighted one with 100% infill, or hand sand the space between the place that the "door opener" pushes down the door and the pivot point circle.

Hello, well it depends on your printer quality and settings, we printed them without s and had no issues, it's not bridging, it's the angle of the perimiters inside that par that overhangs. We say don't use suppirts mainly to save you materials, but also wrong settings might tighten up some of yhe clearances and cause the garage doors to get stuck.

Hello, we updated the 3mf file today, have you tries the new file? Plus you don't need 100% infil on every part, only on the "door" since it needs to be heavier. Making other parts like "door opener" and "hook" 100% infil not only inflates the parts causing jams, but also creates extra unwanted weight that pulls the door up preventing closing. The holes on the hook are designed to reducr weight as well. our settings for Bambulab P1S was: 200 microns layer height

most important ones i guess are 15% infil and 80mm print speed, altough it says my printer can do about 180mm i belive but my belts starts slipping if i go above 100 no mater how tight or lose they are so idk

ESun PLA+ Filament and the rest was preset. You wouldn't need much infill not s to peint the garage and housing. That might save you time and filament as well.

When key is not on it, it should close automatically and when you put your key on the hook, door should open automatically, if it doesn't work as intended, you might need to hand sand where the "door opener" gets in with the "door", sand the "DOOR" to get a more L shaped design. This happens due to inconsistencies between 3D printers and layers getting stuck on eachother. If you need an image of where to sand, send us a message on Instagram and we'll send you an image.

Hello, what filament and filament setting are you using? On a Bambulab P1S with Sandard PLA and standard PLA settings we didn't have any issues. Send your filament settings and brand and I'll get back to you.

Printer settings and qualities vary, if you can spot the place where tge door gets stuck, then sand it down, what are your filament and printer settings?

PLA Plus, 2 perimiter walls and with 5% infill is needed, otherwise there's a high chance of the parts not working.

Hello, there's a door file named " Door Weighted" which has extra weight on it, did you test that?

There's another way to do it, you have to use different infill on different parts of the door, you have to cut the model over the pin hole where you connect it to the body and make it 100% infill, then below the hole make it 10-20% infill, see if it works. if not let me know.

Hello, no you just buy the file, there are three types of files there, an STL file, a 3MF file and a RAR file, STL files are just the parts seperated, 3MF is the files combined, and because we had some customers who had lower end 3D peinters who could not print with high resolution with low telorences, we added looser parts designed for thrm, so if any part gets stuck, they can print a looser one. As for you, you can just give the STL files to a vendor and get it printed.

Yes it can be. if you saw any parts getting stuck, just print that part from the "Looser" folder.
