Thanks for that. I re-sliced at a 0.12mm, set up Horz expansion to -0.125mm, initial layer at -0.2mm and hole expansion at +0.15mm. I also set the slicing tolerance to exclusive and migrated from a skirt to a brim (based on what your print appeared to look like). All in all - I also used another filament. It seems to have printed nicer. I am currently re-printing with the original Hatchbox as well to .

Wow. Having a really tough time with this fitting together. Got an assembly guide or tips? The fingers don't seem to go together nicely and the legs don't move at all after print.

Based on your comments, I would guess that the overhangs are not formed properly or are dimensionally inaccurate.

Please try the following with the slicer

1: Turn off "Generate "
If "Generate " is turned on, turn it off.

2: Set the nozzle temperature as low as possible.
Lower temperatures will improve dimensional accuracy, including overhang.
When I print PLA, I set the temperature at 190°C, which is the lowest value recommended.

3:Set the "Layer Height" lower.
Setting "Layer Height" low improves dimensional accuracy.(e.g., 0.2 to 0.16)
However, setting a lower "Layer Height" increases the possibility of warping, so I recommend that you first try 1,2 above.

If you send me more detailed information, I may be able to suggest more detailed improvements.
(e.g. photos of the printed results, the name of the 3D printer and slicer software, the Gcode you generated, etc.)

Please give it a try.

Thank you for your response.
1. s were already off.
2. I will attempt printing at a lower temp. Using Hatchbox PLA @ 200C - will attempt at 190C (has range of 180 - 210C as recommended based on mfg)
3. Was using a 0.2 and will adjust to 0.16

I will also adjust the slicing tolerance to "exclusive" in Cura's experimental settings.

I counted 16 screws, what size are they..??

Those are M3*8 screws.
As you said, you need 16 of them.
I bought a pack of 20 at a local store for about 1$.
