3D model description
By now you know I like making planters and vases.
Today I am doing something a bit more fancy than the average geometrical design. The square pot has the delicate relief flower design on 2 sides. I think I will make a 1 side version too as it is, no doubt, not fast to print such a detailed design on a slow printer.
I'm just ing so it doesn't get left behind like a million of my other designs, it is too pretty to waste.
You could make a thoughtful little gift like this for little expense.
I'll spray mine black and dust with gold paint, or I might use some of the silver or gold filament I have on the way from Amazon.
P.S. AS you can see, I got the Amazon basics gold filament and used that on the new version of the 60mm....it came out pretty nice. The new version has nice thick walls without going extreme, I printed mine at 0.55mm line width for strength, not sure if that was even needed. This example was printed with everything at stock settings for standard mode.... 0.18mm line height to test it for overhangs etc....
Hi there, I hope you enjoy my models as much as I do!
My printer is 10 years old and only 14cm wide. If you can me with $1 or even 50c, if you like your print, it will all go towards a new printer. But if you are broke or just don't like to pay, feel free to it anyway!
I am still a new producer. Feel free to send requests
PLEASE LIKE AND RATE WHILE YOU WAIT FOR THE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't forget to leave your review and make!

UPDATE 16/may/25 I made a superior version of the 12cm pot, it has the picture on only one side for faster printing, also there is no separate inside "skin" to the reliefed side.... I am printing mine with 3 outer walls of 0.4mm width... using 2 of0 .55 as I planned, looks like it is making holes, in the picture.... at least on my very basic slicer.
Auto grid type for the bottom of the pot should be just fine.
My Finder prints at like 30mm/s so it is a 9-hour print job, I'll probably have a demo version ed by tomorrow.
The first file is the planter, the second is the square saucer for underneath it.
The saucer needs no s, but it is square so it does stress the corner on the adhesion layer, wither use a raft, or if your slicer has the feature, add the little round bunny ears on the corner to make sure it doesn't't pull loose... or just use a craptonne of glue... You will know your printer better than I do.
NB, there is a second 60mm version of the planter and tray, it has the appropriate will thickness to be durable and strong. Scaling down the 12cm one will give you at least two weak, thin walls with bad corners.
I suggest running the 60mm one sided version as a test first. This is the best version of the smaller vase model. I will still go back and redo the other one, but learned a few things while doing it that made for a better model, that also prints faster...
