Chicken Wheelchair

This is the original Chicken Wheelchair from Crispys3DPrinting.

Can be printed on any 300x300 machine.
No s needed
Simple printing and setup
Can be printed with 1 roll of PLA and 1/2 roll of TPU for the tires.
2 versions, one with food dish and one regular.

Needed items:
#6-1/2 screws to hold the wheels on.(to be used with endcaps)
3/4 velcro strap or other strap material.

Print Wheelchair seat with 3 walls 10%infill
Print Legs 4-5 walls, 30% infill
Print trunion and wheels 3 walls 20%infill.
Print TPU Tires 3 walls zero -10%infill.

2x Back Leg
2x Front leg Mirror leg to get oppisite side.
2 front trunoins
2x all wheel studs
8x endcaps
2x front wheel and tires
2x Back wheels and tires
4x medium connector pin.

Assembly Instructions:
Deburr legs so that there is NO elephants foot to sharp edges on the bottom. clean up .4 hole on front legs for trunnion to fit thru if needed. assemble tire onto wheel, wheel onto trunnion with front trunion shaft, end cap and #6 1/2 screw. assemble completed trunion onto front leg with end cap and #6-12 screw. Assemble small rear tire onto small rear wheel and use Regular wheel stud and 2 #6-1/2 screws to attach wheel onto wheel stud regular and rear leg. put legs onto body of chair and attach with Medium connector pin. Assembly completed.
