Printed in PLA (upright/pedal) and ABS (stopper), all in black.

Otherwise I've added an STL (Stop for PTFE) into which you can slide 2 pieces of PTFE tube for sliding during the locking action (Photo Stop for PTFE) and (Photo 5).

Bevel the bottom of the tubes (Animation PTFE-a-Cut)

A single (Help) for the upright, which I positioned flat.

One of the 3 screws needs to be cut to 27.5mm min 28mm max. It's the one that holds the top of the spring (it therefore becomes a grub screw).

One M4x45 screw will be the pedal axle and the other M4x45 is used to hook the bottom of the spring.

Fit the cap nuts at the end of these 2 screws.

The rear plate is optional, but I find it better protects the mechanism part from the elements.

The ABS stop or stop with PTFE is adjustable according to the thickness of your shutters See end of "BlocVoletsAnimationFinal".

Possible difficulties: Hooking the springs, but take a good look at the photos.

Start by ing the 27.5mm screw through the top spring loop in the pedal (photo 2 cutaway view).

I engaged the lower spring screw by about 1 third and hooked the lower spring loop onto the screw, then screwed it in completely (photo 1).

With the 2 loops hooked in this way, I then positioned the pedal in the upright so that I could the last screw (Photo 3) Be careful with the spring during assembly.

Fastening and preparation: Pedal stop part One M6x20mm screw (20 max)

• Run an M6 tap or take an M6 screw and screw it in gently with back-and-forth movements to finish the threading (Accuracy of your printer) that was made while printing the part.

If necessary, use a 4" drill bit to drill the holes for the Upright/Pedal screws (Accuracy of your printer).

Optional:

Small + I put the STL of a shock absorber to be printed in TPU (rubber) to stick to the double face (Circular imprint on the front upright) to dampen the shutter

Or glue a piece of foam to the front of the jamb.

Wall mounting with 2 screws and plugs

Be sure to check the mounting height before drilling into the wall.
