If you find the mounting plates of the Midea Universal Bracket as abysmally ugly as I do, these models might help you.

If you have not yet fitted the original mounting plate, here is an eye-pleasing curved alternative for double-sided adhesive tape and/or screw mounting. Insert two M6 nuts into the plate from behind as far as they will go and fix them with a little glue if necessary. Otherwise, the fastenings are used in the same way as the original with the original screws. The hole spacing and diameter for the window frame screw fittings correspond to the original, so you can easily change the whole thing.

If you have made the unforgivable mistake and have already fitted the original mounting plate, you can hide it with the angular or curved cover when not in use. If you print the cover in the frame colour (wood or white filament), it will be less noticeable.

Wenn ihr die Befestigungsplatten der Midea Universalhalterung auch so abgrundtief hässlich findet wie ich, helfen euch diese Modelle vielleicht.

Sofern ihr die originale Befestigungsplatte noch nicht montiert habt, findet ihr hier eine das Auge beglückende geschwungene Alternative für die doppelseitige Klebeband- und/oder Schraubmontage. Steckt zwei M6 Muttern von hinten bis zum Anschlag in die Platte und fixiert diese ggf. mit etwas Kleber. Ansonsten werden die Befestigungen wie das Original mit den originalen Schrauben verwendet. Die Lochabstände und -durchmesser für die Fensterrahmen-Verschraubung entsprechen dem Original, so dass ihr das Ganze leicht wechseln könnt.

Solltet ihr den unverzeihlichen Fehler gemacht und die originale Befestigungsplatte bereits montiert haben, könnt ihr sie mit der eckigen oder geschwungenen Abdeckung bei Nichtgebrauch verstecken. Falls ihr die Abdeckung in Rahmenfarbe (Holz- oder weißes Filament) druckt, fällt sie weniger auf.

Seht euch gern meine Druckeinstellungen in der 3MF-Projektdatei an und baut euch bei Bedarf eigene Varianten aus den beigefügten STEP-Dateien.
