3D model description

I proudly present to you my Emperor Titan, which you may already know from previous , now in the size for the new Titanicus aka Legion Imperialis.

I took the files from the 40K model and reduced them to 25.64102564%. Unfortunately, some parts cannot be printed with this process using a 0.4 nozzle. That is why some files have been adapted for this, for example the radar dish.

I printed everything in 0.08mm layer height and in "quiet" mode (BambuLab). That is why there are 4 plates, to have more security and control so that a failure does not cause a great loss. If you still have problems with the adhesion of the tiny printed parts, I can recommend using the green bamboo glue stick for the print bed. In the slicer you can activate brim with 5mm settings that also significantly improve the adhesion. This gives the printed object a much better grip.

I ordered the following magnets for my model:
4 pieces 8x1mm for the weapon to the arm
14 pieces 6x1mm for the cathedral and all weapon turrets
6 pieces 10x2mm for the arms to the body and the hip

And finally a little warning to anyone who thinks I'll just print it and put it together....... Printing this project is a challenge in itself, cleaning the printed parts in this size is no challenge.....it's more like a punishment.... I then decided to forego smaller details so as not to have to reprint something again and then break it again when cleaning it. To make it easier for you, you should be prepared to do the same to finish the model.

It is an incredibly liberating and beautiful feeling to have the Emperor Titan in all its beauty on the table.

@all, addendum.
The file "AT scale ET torso back part" is damaged, but can be printed without any problems.
I created the file as indicated in the source link and unfortunately it cannot be repaired. I have tried all programs except Blender.
As I said, the file was already printed in 40K size on a CR-10S and now in AT size on the Bambu X1C without any problems.
If someone has successfully repaired the file, I hope they will send me a copy.
