This tire foam (insert) is a newly designed single stage inner and outer part.
Lots of compliance and great for side hilling.

The hardness can be adjusted according to the infill percentage depending on the weight of the vehicle..

Suggested infill:
◘ front: 3 to 3.5%
◘ rear: 3.5 to 5%

All files are no needed.

Print can be provided by us if neccesary.
Sizes can be adjusted depending on the tire.
