In principle, the active variant can be realized with a bit of tinkering, I think.
The two inner pylons for the E variant are included, the two outer ones for the EX variant are not.
The nozzles for the EX variant are also not included.

I used an Ender 3 and a new a K1 Max to print my models.

I can give you a profile but it depends a bit on the printer.

I would first set the extrusion/temperature correctly

and next take a normal PLA profile and adjust it.
The settings from above.
Speed ​​not too high 50mm/s for starters and retraction disabled.

I have a K1 max too and normally I print with Polymer Polylite LW-PLA and also with ESUN LW PLA:have you profiled for K1 MAX for these materials ? I see that you are using Colorfabb: is it mandatory or alternatives as the ones I a using can work ?

Yes, the ducts are moved further inwards and are L-shaped.
It was quite a challenge, but I made sure that the cross section remained the same.

I am curious though, how much flight time are you getting out of a plane like this?

Yes the nozzle is a bit of a torture for printers..
you can print them in normal PLA.. the weight should be negligible.

For the gears..
Luckily i 3d scanned them..
Axle to axle it is about 10cm. Wheel diameter is 6cm.
But the wheels are rotated about 7° (underside inwards when retracted).

I have a question before starting to print this amazing F-15. I know you strongly recommend printing it with LW-PLA. However, if LW-PLA is not an option, what type of filament would you recommend instead?
Is it feasible to use PLA+ or normal PLA? I understand it will be considerably heavier, but can it still work, especially with the 80mm engine option?

I haven't tested it.
It will probably fly with 80mm...
but it will be extremely fast and landing will be a big problem with such a large weight.
I would not recommend to print it with PLA or other not LW materials..
The model is designed for LW-PLA or LW-ASA

Maybe you can get away with 200x200 for most of the parts.
But 227x148x150 is defenetly to small, sorry

I didnt try CF filament yet.
But yes it looks like a great alternative to ABS. ABS is very difficult to print without enclosure.

I am not d at all with Esun just amazed at how simple it is to use and I can send progress photos to show the finish as I complete those parts but for starters 35 mm of the nose cone is CF

the 70mm version by 150% or the 80mm by 131%.
However, keep in mind that the specified retracts will then no longer fit.
All carbon tubes also have to be larger and the servos have too much space, but that shouldn't be a problem.

I already know of 2 people who enlarge it by 150%

Daym, I would love it to have fully functional mechanization, i also have components for them, would it be possible for us to make a new custom from the cad file again? I think it is possible to keep it to a similar wingspan without needing to make it significantly larger :))

FPV would certainly fit in of space, yes.
I think this can be done with a little tinkering without specially adapted files.
At the moment I still have a lot of other things to do.
