PT-1 telescopic stock for AK

Replica buttstock from Zenitko PT-1 is modeled for Cyma strikeball drives. The model is modeled as close as possible to the original with correction for the strength of plastic during FDM printing. The model has been thickened in particularly stressed areas for practical use.

Designed for installation and operation on AK series: AK-103, AK-104, AK-105, AK-74M, AK-74S, AKS-74U, Vityaz. With minimal modification of the buttstock mounting assembly will fit other strikeball drives.

The stock assembly will require:

M5 countersunk bolt 10 mm. - 4 pcs.

M4 countersunk bolt 8-10 mm. - 2 pcs.

M3 countersunk bolt 8-10 mm. - 4 pcs.

M3 bolt 8-10 mm. - 3 pcs.

Pin 2 mm long 13 mm (you can use a paper clip)

10x2 round magnet - 1 pc.

The model has sufficient tolerances when assembled, but on different 3D printer settings you may have to refine the fit of the parts. When screwing the bolts in for the first time, it is recommended to preheat the bolt with a lighter so that the hole takes the shape of the thread. Allow the bolt to cool down and then make the final assembly.

To ensure the strength of the part, I recommend using a minimum of 6 printing walls, with a minimum fill density of 30% or more. Use rigid and strong filament: PET-G, ABS, PLA+, etc. Use s as needed.
